We greatly appreciate the updates and photos that Karin sends and the outstanding communication overall. It has made any concern we had about leaving George behind disappear quickly.”

She communicated with us right from the start and set up a meet and greet where she asked questions about our puppy's routine, needs, and preferences. We were nervous immediately felt very comfortable leaving our brand new puppy with her. Aly sent daily updates and pictures throughout our vacation and we could tell our dog was comfortable and happy. When I looked back from the car she was happily running through the grass with Krystal like she was in some kind of happy dog commercial! Krystal was easy to get in touch with, very personable and sent photos. She not worried about Isabella’s potential nervousness around strangers or other dogs saying she would make sure she was fine. And she was. Bella is a 12.5 yo greyhuahua. She will definitely be visiting Krystal again!”
