“Katerine is very responsive and attentive. We were able to meet at a local Petco to familiarize ourselves and our dogs. She sent updates and pictures of my dog and had no issue when I picked up my dog a day earlier than our contract (which was revised and updated with Rover). Overall a great experience and would use Katerine again!”

“Philip was very responsive to my communications leading up to Chloe's stay and during the stay. He sent multiple updates with photos every day which allowed me to relax while I was away. “Sarah is wonderful! She was lovely, responsible, and fabulous with our pup who stayed with her for a whole week, and she was perfect in her communication with me. Our dog can sometimes be a little difficult on leash, and she managed him beautifully. She really helped me feel comfortable while away, in not needing to worry at all about my dog. She was also incredibly flexible as it was better for me to drop him off a day earlier than initially planned. I fully and completely recommend Sarah (though I don't really want to because I know she'll become hard to book!).”

I was worried at the beginning until I visit their home. he also has a cute shiba inu and I asked for experiences of raising puppy. When I'm outside he will always give me a shot of my puppy's moment. Anyway, my puppy also had a great time at his home”

They were very proactive and responsive in communication, offered to arrange a meet and greet before the stay, and I got MULTIPLE pics each day of Tony’s 4 day stay with them. “I had the good fortune to leave my 12-yr-old cockapoo with Oliver and Oana for almost two weeks while I was away on a trip. I knew my pooch was in excellent hands, and that Oliver and Oana would take great care of him. He's not a dog who likes to be alone, and he had the company every single day of Oana and Oliver and their two dogs, as well as various other daycare dogs who came and went. They sent pictures of him every single day, and I could see that he was fine and happy. It's a great comfort to be able to travel and know your beloved pet is well cared for. “Claude LOVED LOVED LOVED his stay with Ryan and Luna!! Could not recommend them more highly - they are AMAZING! And we will most definitely be leaving Claude with them again! Ryan was incredibly friendly, loving and caring towards Claude and an absolute pleasure to correspond with, right from our very first meet and greet. We got LOADS of pics and we could tell Claude was having an absolute blast with them! Luna was ofcourse a total darling too, even though Claude decided to rest his paw on her and took up most of the bed / sofa space. We even had to extend the stay at the last minute given our travel situation and they were super accommodating. THANK YOU AGAIN - ya'll are the best!”
