“I looked many hours for the right family to leave our Westie, Piper, with during a trip to Europe. When I met Donna and Roland at their home in Newbury, I felt so good about their experienced background with dogs. They advertised that they would allow a small dog to sleep in their bed which is what Piper is use to so this was another perk for Piper. Their home is very dog friendly and I loved the way they decorated it, inside and outside. Piper needed some extra meds while we were away and they followed all the instructions for her. When we picked her up, she was very relaxed and we knew she had a good vacation away from home. (Previously, we had people stay with her at our home.) She got to visit with another dog and a cat that lives with Donna and Roland, walked places that she had never walked before with Roland and was lovingly cared for by them. It was so good to see her so happy and content when we arrived to take her home. We will continue to book with Donna from now on and are so grateful for people like them who love her as we do. A+ to a wonderful care-free experience !!!”

“Elizabeth was absolutely incredible! We don’t go away often without our dog, and I was super anxious about leaving her for 10 days while we went on a family vacation. But after dropping her off with Elizabeth, I quickly realized that I had nothing to worry about, and that Sunny was going to have her own little beach vacation! Elizabeth took her to the beach every day and let her run around and play. Also, Elizabeth’s dog Peanut was very welcoming to Sunny, and they became sweet pals! She sent many videos and pictures and it was evident that Sunny was getting plenty of love and attention. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing that Sunny was being loved and cared for. “We liked Laurie right off the bat when we did our meet and greet. We had to cancel our reservation at the last moment because our dog suffered a bad reaction to a vaccine he got the day before. Laurie was very nice about it. I’d recommend her highly. She seems really trustworthy.”
