When we leave our dogs with these nice people, they are anxious to run to the door seeking new adventures, smells and to say hello to their family. When we pick them up, they are clean, happy and well adjusted from being away from us. Matthew and Jill have always been flexible and considerate. These two conduct their business in the true fashion of what Rover began with in the first place. It's not a kennel or boarding facility; but they welcome our dogs into their home life.”

“Hailey was very quick to respond and very accommodating for my dogs to board with her over the weekend. She already had crates at her home for my dogs, which made the process a lot easier not having to pack so much. I even reached out to her the afternoon I was supposed to pick them up and asked if she could keep them till the next morning instead, and without hesitation she changed my booking for my convenience. Very thankful for her flexibility and taking care of my boys.”

“Keena did a great job with both of our dogs. She watched our 10 yr old and 2 yr old lab mixes for 4 days/nights. She sent pictures everyday and gave a comprehensive review of their stay when we arrived for pick up. Keena is very good with managing the difference in the temperament of our dogs. This was comforting to know she understood them while we were away.”

He would start shaking and whimpering, when we would drive up to the kennel were using. She sent pictures of him playing and running outside and one sleeping peacefully. We are super excited to have found Rover and Karen!!!! He lost weight last stay at the kennel, this stay with Karen he came back better than we left him. He was happy, energetic, and was the same weight as when we dropped him off at her home. Our dog is a people person and he loved his new people. I was little apprehensive because I was leaving my small yorkie with their 2 bigger dogs, but they all got along great. They took my dog in as if it was their own and I didn’t worry about her all weekend. Justin and Taylor were so good about sending pictures and updates all weekend and putting my mind at ease. After coming across Lisa’s profile we reached out and ended up scheduling two wonderful meet and greets so she and Bawoo could get to know each other. Bawoo can be a bit difficult with strangers but we were reassured by Lisa’s past experience with a wide range of animals from different backgrounds and the clear expertise she exhibited interacting with Bawoo. Lisa sent us daily updates detailing Bawoo’s progress getting settled and after a week or two it was clear they had become besties, she even crocheted a sweater for Bawoo. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend Lisa’s services, we will definitely be back soon!”
