“My husband and I were away for our honeymoon for 2 weeks and Jackson was very at tentative in giving updates on how our 2.5 year old (Millie) and 4 month old puppy (Pip) were doing. Pictures were sent to us almost daily. They looked so happy in the photos and were playing constantly. Jackson made sure to update us on the regular with how Millie was doing as she wasn’t taking it as well as Pip being away from us for so long. I truly appreciate the transparency and all the updates and pictures as it was the first time to be away from our pups for so long I was worried how they would react. Jackson tried (with our permission) multiple things from treats, wet food, and chicken to help our sweet Millie want to eat and help her stomach settle since she was stressed she was away from us. For now on we will not take such long vacations, but will definitely book future vacations with Jackson. :) When we came to pick up the puppies they were freshly washed and dry. Their fur was so so soft and clean after all the playing the weeks prior. :)”

I was nervous about leaving my dog with anyone over a weekend as she has high separation anxiety and had never left her with anyone other than family before, however immediately after meeting Melissa and seeing her interact with Penelope I knew it was a great choice. Melissa was amazing with communication and sending photos and updates of Penelope throughout the weekend. Penelope got social interaction with other dogs as well which I really liked. I will definitely be booking with Melissa whenever I need to go out of town!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Ivette when watching our 8 month old puppy, Maple!! We found out the day before our planned vacation that our dog had a cold and could not go to her originally scheduled boarding facility. We reached out to Ivette on Rover, and she was able to accommodate watching Maple even with such a late notice. As this was our first time using Rover’s dog sitting service (and because my husband and I are anxious millennial dog parents), we asked Ivette a ton of questions to know what to expect, and she was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. We also arrived to drop Maple off and were very impressed by Ivette’s setup and felt much better about leaving her in such capable hands. Throughout Maple’s stay, Ivette kept us up to date on how Maple was doing and gave us regular pupdate pictures, which we very much appreciated! When we went to pick up Maple, she didn’t want to leave, which we take as a sign she had an amazing time. All in all, this was a fantastic experience and we will most certainly be using Ivette for any future sitting needs we have going forward. Highly highly highly recommend using Ivette!!”

“Mary took care of my 12 year old Shih Tzu, Sadie for 5 days. This was the first time I had someone watch her since she has lost her eyesight so I was a little nervous but Mary was very communicative and seemed to really enjoy her which put me at ease! She took her for walks, let her sleep on the furniture, and checked in with me regularly. Very happy with our experience!”

I was trying not to overwhelm myself and him since it was my first time. He kept me updated with pictures and would check in with me in the morning and the night time just to ease my nerves. “Samantha was the best dog border we've ever had! Our dog is 16 years old and has a few special needs. Samantha managed his care SO well! We were gone for 12 days, and each day Samantha sent us pics and videos! We could see that he was not only well-cared for, but also happy. Our dog took to Samantha, her family, and her dog so well, we thought he might not want to come home again. Thankfully, he was happy to come home. :-) We hope to ask Samantha to care for him again when we travel.”
