“AMAZING experience! It couldn't have been any better. Sarah was accommodating with both the pickup and drop off dates and times, as I had to make some changes. I asked if I could pick Max up a day early (on Christmas), and she made it happen and even offered to refund 1 of the days of our original booking without me even asking. She was so good with the communication, flexibility, pictures, etc. that I told her to keep it. She was worth every bit of what we paid for Max to stay with her. She will be our go-to from this point forward!”
