“My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with Ximena’s care, knowledge, patience, and detail orientation. She took such amazing care of our cat Rani when we were out of the country for 20 days. This was the longest we have been away from our baby but Ximena eased any anxieties by sending us daily updates through pictures and videos. She took time to fully understand Rani’s personality, needs, and making her feel as comfortable as possible. Rani was clearly very happy and we were able to enjoy our vacation! We both highly recommend Ximena!”

She provided so many updates and photos ensuring my fur baby was having the best time and has the best care! My little one can be difficult and Brenda handled him and all his specific needs perfectly. She took him on so many walks and gave him so much lovin that he's going to sleep for a week to recover. I could not recommend Brenda enough! She has a fenced in backyard and is super active. Truly a dream come true when it comes to dog sitters!”

“I am so appreciative of Divya and Nicholas. I haven't left my dog with someone other than family in years so while I was worried about my dog, I was never worried about the care they provided. Divya kept in touch and went above and beyond. I'll be honest, my dog was not the easy house guest I thought he would be. About half way through the stay my senior dog had some stomach issues. By the time I got back in town the dog was fine, but their rug was not. I was and still am mortified, but they were incredibly gracious and understanding about it. I recommend Divya and Nicholas. They're genuinely caring people and Rover is lucky to have them as part of their services.”

“Sandrine and her family were amazing with my dog Franklin! They made him feel right at home, letting him take over a good bit of their couch and snuggling him A LOT. Being there over Christmas she even gifted him his own toy on Christmas morning. Franklin usually looks so sad when I leave him for a trip, but Sandrine sent many pictures and videos of my pup daily (without me ever needing to ask) and I could tell he was back to his normal happy self (and likely forgot about me) in no time ?. Franklin looks like he had an absolute blast and was on a vacation of his own while I was gone. Sandrine also has a big yard which allowed him to run out all of his energy daily. When my travel plans changed twice due to Covid, Sandrine was super flexible and was able to extend my pups stay which made everything a lot less stressful knowing I was thousands of miles away. I will without a doubt reach out to Sandrine for all my future travel plans!”

“Highly recommend!! Jake and Nicole! My Little Beau felt safe and loved from the first greeting. It’s always comforting to a dog mom when her baby feels so loved that he jumps out of the car to give his sitter a hug. The backyard is the perfect spot for any nature loving dog and they have the best two dogs for playtime. Beau has found two new best friends in Jake and Nicole.”

“Overall one of the best sitter experiences ever on and off Rover. Great communication driven by Erica and Andrew regarding Tory’s normal routine and lots of great questions around expectations ahead of time. They were very accommodating with my early 7-7:30am drop off and 8pm+ late pick up times due to my flight times. I appreciated the update 5 mins after drop off on Tory’s status settling in, this gave me peace of mind as I was traveling to the airport. Also appreciated all of the picture updates throughout the stay and updates on whether she ate (Tory is usually anxious and does not eat when traveling) or went to the bathroom. Already rebooked for my next trip!”
