“This was the first time i was leaving my dog onboard and i don’t regret it, it was absolutely amazing alm the love and caring that my German Shepherd received from Judy and her family, she kept me constantly informed and sent me pictures on how he was doing, she was even flexible with booking times. When i went to pick him up, my dog was grooomed and received some new toys from Judy and her family. This has been one of my best experiences at a customer service level. 10000% recommend Judy, thank you so much for taking good care of my phur ❤️”

“Debi and Tom were the absolute best! I was in a bind with a last minute work trip and I reached out to Debi and she was able to accommodate me for the same day. Coming back from my trip, my flight was delayed and they had no issue with staying an extra day with Fluffy. I received pictures everyday and they were very attentive to my Fluffy, who is a 20 year old poodle. I will be using Debi and Tom again.”

“Ruben was absolutely fantastic with our Dior! It was our first time leaving her and were very nervous. Ruben assured us that he would take great care of her just the same as he does with his own dog, August. He gave us daily updates and videos on how she was doing which kept us at ease. She had plenty of play time with August which she absolutely loves and most important gained a friend. I would recommend Ruben 1000+ times and we thank him for treating our Dior with such awesome care!”
