“We were so lucky to have found Leo for a last minute thanksgiving day/night boarding. He was prompt, informative, and kind in all of his communications. Leo offered to have us meet the week before our planned boarding to see his home, yard, and meet his sweet dog to make sure it was a good fit on both ends. He was boarding one other male dog, whom we couldn’t meet ahead of time, but assured us he had the space and dedicated time to keep them separate if needed. It turned out unnecessary but we felt so assured knowing that he was able to work with that possibility. Diego was happy and well taken care of from the photo check-ins and his demeanor on pickup day. We highly recommend Leo for boarding or any pet care and are happy to use him again for Diego’s next needed stay.”
