2. Monica P.
“Amazing. Could not have been more perfect. This was our first use away from home. Monica is a dog person. Actually, I can't think of any animal that wouldn't like her. She is thoughtful, respectful and above all, caring. Thank you for a great experience.”
3. Rebecca W.
“Rebecca was fantastic with our dogs over the holiday. She was very communicative and gave us lots of updates. She was easy to get in touch with and took great care of the pups while we were away. They got walks and lots of play time which was great and are all tuckered out now that we are home. We would absolutely use her again. Thank You!”
4. Lori V.
“Wonderful!!! She took our Cowboy on short notice and was great about sending pics and updates. As she said in one of our messages ‘One Pooped Pup.’ He was wiped out, which takes a lot with our high energy dog and we could be more appreciative. HIGHLY recommend!”
5. Emmaline I.
“Emma and Mary were so caring while I left my pup with them over thanksgiving! They even made a special thanksgiving meal for my DayDay :) such kind people. My doggo felt right at home over at their place with a really nice back yard and Toby to play with. They were very accommodating with the virus going around and kept my dog safe and sound at their home. Thank you so much!”
6. Hope E.
“Hope took great care of my dog while we were out of town for 6 days. My dog is timid with people but Hope still managed to bond with her. She sent pictures and videos daily. It was a relief to know that my doggo was in good hands.”
7. Jackson B.
“This was Milo's third stay with Jackson, and again, we can't say enough good things about Jackson! Milo is so comfortable with him- you can tell he has an excellent way with dogs. Jackson is definitely our go-to dog sitter in Durango.”
8. Chris O.
“Chris and Laura were fabulous! Lots of open space for the dogs to run and play. I think our dog had more fun with them than he would have with us! Chris was very accommodating & flexible with our changing schedule. We will definitely use them again.”
9. William & Amanda M.
“Absolute best dog sitters EVER! my girls had the best time. Updates and everything and absolutely loved everything about this. I usually have a hard time leaving them alone but not this time. Such a great choice. Thank you again ?”
10. Kimberly P.
“Kim was our first experience using Rover. We’d never boarded our two little dogs at a kennel or used this kind of service before. We knew immediately that our two little ones were in the best of hands when we arrived to drop them off with Kim. She’s genuinely warm and loves the animals and it put our minds at ease to go catch our flight without worrying. We really felt good about our experience and the dogs seemed to really enjoy their stay too. Our two dogs require slightly more preparation with their food, Kim was not only gracious with that but went above and beyond. We have 100% confidence in using her again if she’s available ?”
11. Deb R.
“Deb is wonderful! She watched my crazy golden retriever on short notice and she sent me a ton of pics from their walks and playtime! I plan to use her again!”
12. Erin H.
“Erin was such an amazing dog sitter and sent us continuous updates with photos. Our dog had a great time with her and got tons of exercise. We would definitely use Erin again!”
13. Brittany B.
“Brittany took great care of my dog while we were away. She kept in great communication and sent lots of photos. I could tell my baby had fun!”
14. Vera C.
“Our dog enjoyed his stay in Durango. We got daily updates on how he was doing. Easy drop off/pick up on a ski trip where our condo didn’t allow us to bring our dog. We would definitely book again.”
15. Drilon & Brystal I.
“I'm very careful who I leave our dog, Zoe with. As soon as I met Drilon, I knew that she would be in good hands. She is an older dog that requires a couple of walks a day, and lots of love. She certainly received that while we were gone. Drilon sent pictures of her while we were gone, and she was very happy and content when we picked her up at the end of her two week stay with Drilon. I would gladly leave Zoe with Drilon again.”
16. Brooke S.
“Brooke took wonderful care of my little senior guy Midas! She is caring and loves dogs its clear! She has an adorable little puppy who was a good pal for Midas, not overly energetic like most puppies. She paid close attention to his meds and his eating and reported to me when he was fussy and didn’t finish his meal. Her home is clean and pet friendly, and her communication was always prompt. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter! Will definitely use her again when I’m in the area.”
17. Jenny L.
“My dog had a great time staying with Jenny and Luna. Lots of pets and play. I appreciated the communication and pics during the days that I was gone. Recommend!”
18. Courtney R.
“Courtney was absolutely perfect! She was great at communicating and so good with our two pups. over the weekend. She updated me with adorable pics and videos. I would recommend her for caring for your pets. She's an all-star!”
19. Tom S.
“Tom is the best, our dog missed him after we picked him up. We are so grateful to Tom!!”

About: I rescued my first dog when I was 5! She had to grow through a lot of trauma and fear but with love and proper training she became the best childhood dog I could’ve asked for. Since then I’ve become a regular dog-sitter for friends and others, priding myself on making sure every dog I meet is comfortable around me, and becoming friends with them as well! I’m experienced with crate-training, potty pads, frequent bathroom breaks, senior care such as softening food and mobility assistance, and so on. I trained my second dog since a puppy, and I’m familiar with many basic training techniques that have been necessary with dogs that I’ve taken care of in the past-from mutts and labs to pitbulls and chihuahuas. I’m a Fort Lewis student with a relatively free schedule. I have classes that are not difficult to work around, and have free days in every week., I’m able to spend most of my time wherever I need to be, and my weekends are almost always free. I do everything possible to make sure your dog is comfortable and happy around me. I have a small backyard at my own home and will take walks whenever and wherever necessary. There’s nothing I love more than animals, so I’ll spend as much time with your dog as they like… playing, cuddling, training, etc. and I’ll always have two eyes out. I will fully engage in any behavioral exercises or training methods you prefer-if your dog isn’t allowed on furniture at home, we will keep the same philosophy if they’re at my house/under my supervision. Dogs are pack animals, so even if their people are gone I still want them to feel like they’re in a safe pack. Your pet, your rules, just let me know! Otherwise, my main philosophy is making sure we have a great time together!
