From the beginning of the process, Kate put our minds at ease. We especially loved the meet and greets prior to Muppet’s stay. He spent 6 days with Kate and each day we received updates and photos. Muppet looked so happy and relaxed in her home and each update brought us so much joy. Kate had a very fast response rate whenever we reached out and was very detailed.
