“My family decided to celebrate a milestone birthday in Indian Wells. I had never left my two dogs with anyone but my family and I was nervous to say the least. In addition, my dogs needed someone who would understand their flaws due to being rescue dogs. I had a phone interview with Elaine and it went really well. She's easy to talk to. She put my mind at ease with all my concerns. She mentioned she has a lot of experience raising dogs as well as being around rescues, which was exactly what I was looking for. Her place was good for my dogs. It was about a 25 min drive to where we were staying but I'm glad we found her. Her place is quiet and in a gated community. I brought a portable pop up crate that allowed my dogs to go in and out when they needed a place to settle down or to sleep in at night. She also took them outside on her bench and out onto the grassy area that backs up to the golf course to have some fun. She answered every text I sent and made sure to send a picture of each dog. She reassured me they were doing well so this allowed me to enjoy my time with my family. Should another vacation arise in this area, I would schedule Elaine again to watch my dogs.
