“I can’t say enough about what an amazing caretaker Lisa was for my little one! I was so nervous leaving her, but Lisa sent me pictures and videos right away which calmed my fears immediately! My dog was so happy and well cared for. Lisa was so amazing that I immediately booked a second stay for Cricket the minute I got home! As a side note, Lisa’s beautiful home is conveniently located if your plans take you to Disneyland or Great Wolf Lodge. Thank you, Lisa! Cricket and I will see you very soon! ❤️”

“This is my first time using a sitter service for my dog Zefram. After choosing Hyesun, I went to her house for a meet and greet. There was an instant connection with her and Zefram. This gave me a great feeling right from the start. Zefram stay with Hyesun for 4 days. She sent me photos and short videos several times each day. Chenjuan graciously accepted my request, and was waiting for me when I arrived at her home. I felt comfortable leaving my furbabies in her beautiful home with her friendly little dog who is so sweet. I received updates, pictures & videos from Chenjuan which helped me to not worry but relax instead. I was so relieved I made the right choice with her. “What a wonderful experience for our little Captain and ourselves! We have never left our 10 yr old Chihuahua with anyone and could not take him with us on a short vacation. After finding Rover.com online and reviewing sitters in our area, I came across Patty and Kelly and reached out. They were quick to respond and set up an introductory meeting at their home. They were taking care of a few dogs when we arrived so we were able to see how they reacted. Their residence is extremely clean and the perfect playground and relaxing area for the dogs. I wanted to stay there, it was so beautiful and calming!! Captain felt right at home (normally nervous in new situations) and took to Patty and Kelly right away. They kept us updated during our vacation with texts, emails and phone calls, but not bothersome at all. When we came to get Captain, it almost appeared like he did not want to leave. LOL We will use them again when necessary and I know Captain will fee safe and loved while he is away from us. Thank you Patty and Kelly for such great care!”

They even added some extra bone broth and veggies to maples kibble to make it a little more enticing for my picky puppy :).
