Shelley has a lot of experience caring for dogs and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Cannolli was happy, healthy, and well-exercised when I picked him up. “First time Annika was boarded at someone’s house, and her first time being separated from me without her brother AND her being new to Downtown (we lived in the middle of no where prior) And the absolutely crushed it! Annika was immediately welcomed and loved into their home. She had a few accidents early (probably nerves) and they were patient and understanding and continued to work with her and poof! She was comfortable and no more accidents! Their dog Cy is the best companion to play with. And the constant pictures , videos and updates made me feel like I right there! Will be coming back to them anytime we need a sitter and and absolutely would recommend 10/10 times.”

“Marieke watched our dog Bowie for us for over 3 weeks while we were away and words cannot express how happy we are that we chose her. I always get so anxious leaving him but she provided so many text, photo and video updates that I didn’t have to worry at all and could enjoy the trip. Marieke is such a kind human and took care of him and loved him as if he were her own! He was so much happier than when he’s stayed at a kennel in the past. “Jeff was amazing with our dog and incredibly accommodating. He truly cares about the animals and makes sure you feel comfortable with leaving a part of your family with him. We had a mishap with our travel and he was so great and rolled with it. I am positive chuck has been depressed since leaving Jeff and his family. “My dog Lucy stayed with Amelia for a week and it was a fantastic experience! Amelia has an adorable dog Pongo who’s incredibly sweet and quickly became friends with Lucy. Throughout the week Amelia sent me updates, pictures, and videos too of Lucy playing, going for walks, and enjoying herself. Lucy was well taken care of and clearly adored her stay, she will be boarding with Amelia again and I will be recommending her to family and friends!”

“Selena's kindness, empathy, patience, and consciousness were apparent from the moment my pup (Raka) and I met her, and throughout until the end of Raka's visit. By the end of Raka's stay, I could see my normally shy and anxious dog loved her and was sad to leave. In addition to the love and affection Selena provided, she also made sure Raka had plenty of play, exercise, and socialization, and helped address her anxieties re being in a new environment early on. Selena provided regular updates and let me know if she had any questions, which I very much appreciated. In addition to being very conscientious, responsible, and detail-oriented, it is evident that Selena sincerely loves animals, would do anything to protect and care for them, and that she is a really good person. I hope Raka will have the opportunity to stay with Selena again sometime because I know she would be in excellent hands (and arms/cuddles).”

“Cannot recommend Johanne enough. We have a 5-pound Yorkie who is often quite reactive to big dogs but it was like Winston could feel the energy in the apartment the moment he walked in that he was safe! He was calm with the other dogs and even let them get close to him without fear. When we picked him up the next day, he was not anxious, and he showed no signs of stress when we brought him home. Even with other boarders who he is good with he gets stressed when we leave and he takes about 2 days to recover, so we were absolutely gobsmacked by how he was after his stay with Johanne. Not only that, when we took him on a walk the next day he didn't bark at a big dog he normally is aggressive towards! It was like a miracle! :) Staying with Johanne and those other lovely dogs seems to have sped up our training with him considerably. We're already booking our next stay. Highly highly recommend!”

“Justin did a great job looking after our dog Winnie. Winnie was struggling with a leg injury and we rested easy knowing she was in good hands with Justin. (this trip was planned and booked 7 months in advance) He administered her pain meds. He sent us updates and pictures while we were out of town. Justin also livestreams the dogs, however our schedules never lined up… it is a cool service for him to offer. I would definitely recommend Justin to board your doggie. He treated our dog like one of his own!”
