“I was initially very reluctant to board my dog, as he had a very traumatic start to his life and has some behavioral issues. He is food aggressive and will not let anyone open his crate door when he finishes eating. I was not comfortable introducing and walking him around other dogs because he was unpredictable regarding his reaction to certain dogs. I needed to go away for a week and decided to call Scarlet K9. I talked to Evan about all the issues I had with leaving my dog in the care of another person. He listened and we had a lengthy conversation about all of my dog’s issues. I eventually felt assured that Evan could handle him and that I could leave him and feel good about his care and safety while I was gone. I was in contact with Evan while I was gone and he let me know that my dog was doing fine. Evan's patience and attention to my dog’s care was evident when I returned. My dog was happy when I picked him up and was less aggressive in some of his behaviors which let me know that Evan gave him his time and attention. Evan did a great job with him and I would recommend Scarlet K9 to anyone looking for a place to board their dog. He went above and beyond just boarding.”

“Let’s start by saying, Mandii loves dogs more than she loves humans! She understands that dogs need special care and attention and is not afraid to give it. Big or small she knows how to care for all dogs. She took care of my Daisy, for about a month and I couldn’t have been happier. She was so gentle and loving and patient with her. If anyone knows how hyper Labs are, you know how much attention and exercise they need. Well guess what! Mandii accepted the challenge and daisy and I, loved her for it!
