  Fantastic! Richard is great! Meet-n-greet, drop-off, and pick-up all went so smoothly. I received updates and photos throughout my trip, which was very comforting. And upon pick-up, Chester was hanging out in the yard with a few new "friends" looking happy as could be. It was his first stay with Richard, but definitely not his last. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  I am thrilled to have found Richard! He did a marvelous job with our dog, Hank! We heard daily updates on how he was doing and Richard went out of his way to help Hank adjust to a new environment. I will gladly pass his information on to friends! :)

  We've had a great experience with Richard. He clearly loves and knows dogs, and he was very patient and kind with our 6 month old pup Lulu, who we boarded for the first time. We received multiple txt messages, pics and video during our trip to reassure us she was doing just fine: chewing on her new toy, hanging out w/ her new pals, and lying around the house. Recommended.

  Richard was great! We were on vacation for 10 days and had Richard take care of our puppy Pixel. It was Pixel's first time away from the family so I was worried for her but there was always a doggie friend for her at Richard's so it was great! Richard is also very responsive with emails and sent us photos of Pixel playing with her new friends every day. I will definitely ask Richard to take care of Pixel again. ;)

  Richard was great! We had to leave Bolt, our 5 month old puppy, after having him only a few weeks ourselves and I was a bit nervous. But Richard is friendly, great with the dogs and responds quickly to all communications. He has a large yard and a good setup for the dogs to both exercise and relax. Richard gave Bolt all his meds and was completely willing/comfortable doing so. He sent us regular updates which really put our minds at ease while away. Bolt had a great time and was a very happy pup. I highly recommend Richard!

  My experience with Richard was great from first meet to the day I picked up Harper to bring her home. This was the first time I'd spent more than a few days away from her and Richard made my international trip stress free. He sent pictures and email updates every other day. I'm so glad I found him rather than boarding Harper at a kennel. We'll definitely book with Richard again in the future!

  Rich was awesome! We were a little nervous about leaving our 4-month old puppy for a week, but after we met Rich all of our concerns dissipated. Rich ensured that we booked on a week where he was hosting other compatible pups, and our Digby had a blast! We received regular updates, including pictures and videos!

  Trotsky & Betty reported that they had a great time at Richard's. They felt very welcomed & well cared for. And we appreciated receiving emailed messages and photos of our dogs from Richard while we were away - (a nice personal touch that you'd never get boarding at a kennel). Rich was also happy to give daily medications to one of our dogs. Highly recommeded!

  Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Rich is thoughtful, smart and funny. He kept us updated by texts and calls to let us know how our dog was doing. We plan to board our dog with him again.

  Richard is an outstanding host. Home is set up well to care for dogs and he truly enjoys the company of his guest dogs. My big friendly Golden Retriever was returned to me happy, well cared for, and content. I highly appreciate Richard's care.
