About Me
We have a great setting for our special friends when they come to visit, including a fenced in back yard overlooking farm land. The fence has a wire garden fencing covering it from top to bottom to ensure dogs stay safely within the yard. No chemicals are used in our natural setting to make it safe for pets and humans.
My experience with dogs began at an early age. I grew up in a show dog home where we showed, raised dogs and puppies, groomed and boarded.
I school my children at home and groom at home so we are home most of the day other than the needed grocery outings and extracurricular activities.
Our home is close to major highways for easy access and is close to two local vets in case of emergency
Please Note: I only board small(er) dogs up to 25 pounds. I can no longer take in large breeds. If you are unsure if your dog fits into that category, just let me know what kind of breed you have, since some breeds can vary in their weight and some smaller breeds can weigh quite a bit.

Sarah and her husband Harry did a wonderful job of taking care of our dog while we were on vacation. Toby is an almost 17 year old cockapoo, who is mostly blind and deaf. He had never been boarded before and I was really worried he wouldn't fare well in a kennel. I found Sarah and Dogvacay while searching the internet, and I am so glad that I did. Sarah and Harry were very friendly and did a great job at taking care of Toby and attending to all of his challenging needs. It was a great load off of my mind while I was on vacation to know that Toby was being well cared for.

What a great first time! We were so tired of the kennel scene. The dogs took 2-3 days once they came home to settle back down. They were so upset they would have loose bowels and wouldn't eat even at home. The kennels up charge everything, and try to get you to buy expensive upgrades, shots etc. We saw info about this site on the news and looked for someone close, and met Sarah. From her quick reply to our questions to our pickup to take our guys home we were so pleased. They sent status reports and even pictures of our dogs having fun with their new vacation family. We felt so good about our decision and it allowed us to have a great time on vacation, minus the worrying about the dogs. When we got home, the dogs were happy, and had no bathroom issues, or appetite issues. It was like we never sent them. What a relief! We will absolutely use Sarah again, and strongly encourage everyone else to do so. VERY VERY HAPPY -The Nyce Family

Our Yorkey BUDDY was well taken care of. Sarah has a dog friendly home with plenty of room out back for dogs to play with the safety of a nice fence. She is very personable and it is clearly evident that she loves pets. Sarah is also a groomer and gave BUDDY a nice haircut that my wife and I were pleaded with. I definately will use her services again.

Sarah and her family took wonderful care of our senior pet. Her cozy home, friendly pets and sweet children kept our Annabelle very comfortable while we were away.
