  Tracie was great! She created a nice sanctuary for dogs. I was happy to leave my little Yorkie at her place. She was very attentive and very knowledgeable.

  Our dog visibly gets happily excited about returning when we are walking up toward the doorstep. And each time, he comes back better disciplined than before (as we are also doing obedience training / tune-ups).

  In a word, "outstanding". This is our second time back, this time for a long-weekend obedience-training tune-up. Capers was clearly psyched to see Tracie again and seemed to be saying to me as I dropped him off, "don't let the door hit you on the way out.".

  Our dog's stay was fabulous. Tracie has a great set up for ensuring a comfortable environment. It was clear from the photos sent throughout the stay and the dog's disposition afterwards that Tracie took great care of him and our dog is clearly fond of her. We also appreciated Tracie's flexibility with the last minute scheduling and schedule extension. Also, we signed up for obedience training. The improvement in our dog's ability to follow commands and his general behavior is striking. She really knows what she is doing in this department. I only hope she will take on our kids as well for some much-needed training.

  Tracie is amazing! I recently moved into the area and used to have an amazing dog sitter. I was so nervous that I would end up having to board Nala (my dog). I'm so glad I found Tracie. She had us over to make sure Nala got along with others which made me more comfortable knowing that all the dogs were screened. Nala has been all smiles since we got home and has been sleeping a lot too which means she had a blast. We will definitely be using Tracey going forward whenever we leave town! Now Nala gets a vacation when we do :O)

  Thanks so much to Tracie for taking such good care of my Benny Boy while I was away for the holiday! Though gone for a week, I didn't worry about him for a single day because I knew he was in great hands with Tracie. She sent photos every couple of days via text and Facebook. When I picked him up (even after our initial 3-hour meet 'n' greet session), my pup was exhausted, so I know he had a great time! Tracie has a very professional business-like setup at her home, which I thought was nice.

  We left our two beloved rescue dogs with Tracie at Paw Hills Pet Resort for 3 weeks while we were out of the country. This was the first time we have left our dogs since adopting them; they are also the first dogs we have ever shared our lives with, so to say that we were nervous about doing so was an understatement. We were worried, afraid, anxious - thought about not even going, etc. Upon meeting Tracie and Raul it was clear that they knew and know what they are doing - they are committed to the well being of your dogs. Tracie constantly posted pictures of my dogs' daily activities on Facebook (you don't have to be registered on Facebook (I'm not) because Paw Hills has a public page), she also emailed me pictures and responded to all of my calls and texts in a timely manner. All of this put our minds at ease and brought our worry level to a 1-2 (scale being 10). (As a pet parent you'll never truly not worry no matter what, right?) Our dogs were safe, healthy and happy during their stay at Paw Hills and we will definitely use Paw Hills for future vacations, day care and will be singing their praises to everyone! What a relief to know that capable and genuinely caring people are looking after your dog as you would - with love, kindness and respect. Thank you DogVacay and THANK YOU to Paw Hills Pet Resort!   My husband and I would hardly take vacations or go away for a night because we just didn't feel comfortable leaving our dogs. We always had a family member take care of them. Then we found Tracie and Paw Hills Pet Resort through DogVacay and everything changed. Our dogs had a wonderful time with Tracie as they came back home happy and exhausted. Tracie sent me a picture and texts as to how they were doing and that really put our minds at ease. If I texted Tracie, she always responded. We loved that our dogs get to play with other dogs in a big backyard and get the attention that they desire. I don't think they wanted to leave after their stay. When we got home, they collapsed from having so much fun. We can now take a vacation and/or go away and feel at ease about leaving them. Thanks Tracie!!!

  I entrusted Tracie with my Corgi pup for a week. I was nervous about the whole thing because it was my first time boarding my dog and the first time I'd be away from my dog for an extended period of time. My nervousness went away a few hours after I dropped off my dog because Tracie sent me a positive update on how my dog was doing (and kept sending me updates via facebook or texts). From the beginning of the reservation process to the day of pick up, Tracie communicated often and she responds fast. It was definitely a pawesome experience!

  Couldn't have had a better experience. First time leaving my dog with someone and I could tell she had a great time and was well taken care of. She took pictures and texted them to me and everything. Will use again if I need someone.

  The grounds were great for my German Shepherd. The host is very capable of leading a large pack of mixed breeds which put me at ease. All dogs there at Paw Hills are not perfect and that goes for my little buddy as well but they seem to be handled accordingly. Tracie was very responsive to my texting and that was great and put us at ease while we were very far away. We will definitely be using Paw Hills in the future when we do go away. It was a great experience.

  Our second time using Tracie for a double DogVacay for Rocky and Rambo. She was "on call" for when my wife was going into labor... I texted her at 6am and she picked up the dogs just a couple hours later. It was so wonderful knowing that they were having a great time at Paw Hills so we could focus on our human child. Tracie is truly the best!

  Tracie was great. I received lots of updates via texts and her Facebook page. This was the first time I've left my dog with someone she didn't know and I was definitely worried since she's so timid. From the pics, it looks like she had a great time and she immediately went to sleep when we got home so she must have been busy. I won't hesitate to use Tracie again, thanks!

  Tracie was great. She got back to my request within 5 minutes. We had a quick meet and greet and she had me out the door. Her and her husband were very nice and seemed to really care for the dogs. When I picked Lucy up to come home she was exhausted, which meant she got a lot of playtime and dog walking. So for her it was a real dog vacay. Will definitely take her there again. Doreen

  I needed to leave town for a 10 day trip and had to board my 13-year old dachshund, Divine, who had never boarded before. I was exceptionally anxious about Divine’s happiness and well-being while I was away but Tracie made the trip a cakewalk. She provided regular updates by phone, text, and e-mail and posted wonderful photos on Facebook so that I could see how much Divine was loving her vacation. The level of service provided at Paw Hills Pet Resort is impeccable. My pup came home healthy, happy, energetic, and wonderfully clean and shiny from her bath—I think she’s even more obedient on her leash! Divine is already planning her next vacay with Tracie at Paw Hills. Just a wonderful experience all around for both of us.

  Paw Hills is a place i will have no doubt when it comes to leaving my golden for day care or when it comes to vacations. This was the 1st time we were leaving our pet and it was obvious after our trip that Kiren, our pet , had enjoyed himself. We loved the fact that Tracie posted pictures and videos at regular intervals on facebook and gave us a detailed report on our return. Great , clean and a very open place and structured routine for your pets and there is no doubt Paw Hills loves their guests. Will highly recommend this place and looking forward to our next trip knowing our Kiren will be taken care off. Thank you Paw Hills and Tracie . A high paw five from Kiren !!

  Tracie provided the best care for my little guy. I was nervous to leave him for such a long time as I had not done so before. Tracie sent updates and photos and I knew that he was at the perfect place in the perfect hands. In fact, I think he would prefer to go back and play every day if he could. I will definitely call on Tracie & Paw Hills again!

  We found ourselves needing 5 days of doggie daycare and wanted to find an environment that felt more like home...a place where our Basenji mix, MiMi could play inside and out. We also wanted a more personal touch. Paw Hills offered all of that. It has a lot of room to play indoors and out and Tracie was very friendly and warm. She accommodated varying drop-off times and made sure MiMi had a little quiet time because she can't relax with other dogs around. It was comforting to know MiMi was in good hands.

  Traci was amazing! From taking care of my little pooch Milo to communicating with us to uploading an album just dedicated to Milo on her facebook page. When he came home, he was exhausted, and needed some much needed rest. I'm sure he was on vacation and didn't spare time to rest while there with other dogs and having so much fun. Milo will definitely come back again :)

  Tracie is amazing! The most professional of professional hosts with a true pet resort (hey, I wouldn't mind staying there!). She did pick-up and drop-off perfectly on schedule, and most amazingly sent us a full Facebook album of our dogs Rocky and Rambo at Paw Hills! The "report card" at the end made my day. I'm the founder of this company and I know a lot of great hosts - Tracie is definitely one of our favorites :)

  Tracie was awesome! Luther had an amzing time on his own vacation at Paw Hills while we were able to get some much needed rest without a worry on our minds. Knowing Luther was in capable, loving hands made our time away extra special. Tracie was great about providing updates and sending great photos of our pup paying ball and taking bike rides. He received extra special treatment and we appreciate so much everything Tracie did to make him feel at home and us feel at ease about leaving him behind. Thank you Tracie!

  Tracie and Paw Hills Pet Resort is a pretty much doggie heaven! Luckily I came across Tracie and her oasis through DogVacay and I couldn't be happier. The grounds are beautiful, definitely enough space for your loved ones to roam and play, and I love how much attention Tracie gives to all her 4-legged guests. From their morning walks to free play in the garden, I feel at ease knowing my pitbull puppy is in good hands and is treated with the same amount of love she receives at home. Her rates are awesome too,  does beat a stinky room like the usual doggie daycares, I highly recommend Paw Hills to anyone needing pet sitting or boarding in the valley :-)

  This was Leika's 2nd stay with Tracie and I was totally comfortable while we were away knowing Leika was in good hands. Tracie and her family are all involved and care about the dogs on an individual basis. I know that Leika will return if I have to travel and I'm unable to take her for any reason. I also love the fact that Tracie posts pictures of her doggie visitors on Facebook...it looks like Doggie Disneyland !

  It was because of Tracie's follow up and communication that we decided to bring our Leika to Woodland Hills....even though we live in Sherman Oaks. Tracie seems to truly care for animals and we needed to feel that Leika would feel at home. I felt Leika was happy there and she will now return to Tracie for our longer vacation this week.
