About Me
Hi! My name is Laura, and I am 27 years old. I live in Ocean Beach right across the street from Dog Beach. I am a teacher, so I am at work from 7-3 Monday-Friday (except during my vacation time, in which I am home all day). On the weekdays I take my dog for a walk in the morning before I leave, and I take her for a long walk and/or take her to the beach when I get home. I don't work at all on the weekends, so your dog would get more than enough attention while you are away. I love dogs, and I would love to welcome your dog into my home while you're away. I have a sweet Chihuahua/Doxon mix who loves to play with other dogs. Her name is Rosie. I have a small front yard that is fenced in that is shared with the other tennants in my apartment complex. I am also right across the street from Dog Beach. My dog loves to play at the beach. go to the dog park, go hiking and go for walks, so your dog is sure to get a lot of exercise. My first experience using DogVacay was great and Laura was an awesome petsitter! She was very responsive and got back to me super quickly after my initial inquiry and she also responded promptly to my questions as we were discussing details. She was also very flexible as my request was close to last minute and she was able to do a meet and greet the day following when I contacted her. She was pleasant and my dogs seemed happy in her place from the get-go and I felt very comfortable that they would be happy and well taken care of with her. She even sent me updates and pictures of them which was great! I will definitely be using her again and would recommend her highly.

We highly recommend Laura, our experience with her was awesome! We were so lucky to find such a great sitter to watch our little Wrigley when we had to go out of town for the weekend. Wrigley had the best time playing with her dog Rosie. She would also send updates and pictures letting me know he was doing well, which was much appreciated. Laura will absolutely be the first person we ask in the future if we need someone to watch Wrigley!
