  Claire was awesome with our 2 small chihuahuas. Regular picture updates and texts made these overly protective parents feel at ease and enjoy our long weekend!

  For Azuki's second stay with Claire, she was there for five days. Claire kept her extremely happy with a visit to the dog beach and runs. I loved the updates and pretty photos Claire sent while I was away. She was also extremely flexible on the drop off and pick up times. I can't recommend her enough!

  Claire was wonderful. It is obvious that she really loves dogs. Trixie felt right at home. We have always boarded at a local kennel with open boarding, and they did a great job, but using DogVacay/Claire is even better. I loved the pictures she texted. They assured us that Trixie was well cared for.

  Claire was great; we went for a meet up before the first stay and my pup seemed a little nervous, but she was very very happy at the end of her stay. So happy that she didn't want to go home! I highly recommend Claire!

  I think we will permanently be using Claire when we need a sitter for our dogs! We LOVED the photo updates and felt like our dogs were in great hands. They came home exhausted which is always a good sign!

  It was so great to know Oliver was in such great hands with Claire! She was so sweet with him, played endless games of catch with him and took him out and about. Oliver was exhausted when he came home!! I also loved receiving the daily texts and pictures of Oliver's visit. It was so nice to see how much fun he was having and how comfortable he was in her home. Through her texts, I could tell she really understood my little guy and appreciated his funny personality!! I will definitely have Claire care for Ollie again, he loved it!

  Simply amazing, Claire was so attentive to Boris taking him to the dog park often, frequent walks and making sure he had a place that he felt secure in while we had been away for 15 days. We had so much piece of mind being out of the country that Boris was being taken good care of sending daily pics of Boris playing and having a good time and Claire will be our go to from now on when Boris needs a temporary place to call home in the future. THANKS SO MUCH!

  Claire was a wonderful dog sitter! She was easy to contact, very friendly, and my dog didn't seem ready to leave when I came to pick her up! This was my first experience with dogvacy and I am completely hooked!

  It was my first time being away from Dakota for a full week and my first time using DogVacay. As best as I can tell she had a good time! Claire sent lots of photos and updates and really tried to coax her out of her shell even though the whole event was probably pretty stressful for Dakota since it was her first time away from home.

  Skip and I absolutely loved Claire! This was my first experience with dog vacay - right from the moment I saw them interact, I was put at ease. This was followed by pawsome pics of Skips stay - I could tell he was enjoying and was at ease with Claire. If he could talk - I think he's say "I love you Claire and I look forward to my mom going on vacay again" :D

  It was my first time using Dog Vacay and it was great. Luckily I was able to find a great dog sitter in Claire. I felt like she treated him like her own and I never had any worries. She provided me with daily photos which was great. I would certainly use Claire in the future and I recommend others to use her as well (when I am not!). Thanks Claire!

  My dog, Stella, loved her night with Claire. Stella can be nervous being away from me, but claire did a great job making her feel comfortable. Claire was very flexible and accommodating with the schedule and pick-up and drop-off times. It makes me feel so much better knowing I have found someone so kind and caring towards my beloved dog. I am not worried at all about leaving Stella there again soon. I highly recommend Claire.

  Claire was awesome with my pugs, Morgan and Fairchild. She kept me up to date with how they were doing and they seemed very happy at her house. They were happy to see me once I picked them up, but I think they would have gladly stayed another day or so since they were being spoiled. Will definitely use Claire in the future

  Claire is wonderful with my beagle, Pickle. She takes her for tons of walks, pampers her with lots of love and attention and toys and Pickle always has a new trick up her sleeve after a visit with Claire! Plus, Claire lives in a similar space as I have, so I feel like Pickle easily feels at home. Pickle's claimed one chair and Claire calls it the "Pickle chair"---love that.

  Words can not express my gratitude for Claire watching over my 4 month old Pit Bull name Gargamelle at the last minute, when I had to go out of town. She was super flexible responded to my our reservation and questions very promptly. While she was watching Gargamelle, our Vet realized that Gargamelle needed another type of prescription based on her stool sample. Claire was able to stop my Vet to pick-up the new prescription and administrer the it properly. Claire is awesome and highly recommended!

  Matilda enjoyed her week with Claire. Claire texted me with pictures of Matilda throughout the week. This made me feel that Matilda was being well taken care of. I would be very likely to recommend Dogvacay and to use them in the future as well...

  Claire was great with Quincy. She clearly spent a lot of time with him, because he is exhausted tonight. I really appreciated Claire's care for Quincy. Quincy can sometimes be unpredictable and not always "warm and friendly." But Quincy loves Claire. I highly recommend Claire!

  I just picked up my Australian Shepherd from a 10 day stay with Claire - and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Claire. First, she is responsive, flexible, and responds immediately to phonecalls / text-messages. Second, she is responsible, and a good dog carer. Third, she is a dog lover! You can see it in her happy nature towards the dogs, and the smile our dog had when we went to pick him up. Our only complaint comes from our dog...who said he wishes he could spend more time with Claire's dog Bentley! Thank you again Claire - We look forward to future stays!

  Claire (and her pooch Bentley!) were terrific hosts for our dog Simba. Claire was responsible, caring, flexible and dedicated. We were out of town for over three weeks, and during that time we received frequent pictures of Simba as well as e-mail updates. Simba had a fabulous time staying with Claire and playing with Bentley - he had frequent jaunts to dog parks and the beach, particularly welcome given the heatwave in Chicago. We were fortunate to find Claire and were thrilled with her genuine affection for our dog.

  Claire was fantastic with our dog and lovely to deal with. She was really friendly and professional and treated our cavalier just like her own. Kimmy was really happy when we went to pick her up. Claire had even given her a bath that day after a walk so she was all clean and shiny! Claire also sent us pictures of Kimmy when we were on holidays. We really loved Claire's personal touch; a home away from home for Kimmy. We have booked her again and I would recommend her to a friend with no hesitations.
