  We genuinely enjoy leaving the girls with Abba while we're away. Our blue heeler Daisy absolutely adores her (and loves all peoples) and our uptight catahoula is warming up to her more and more each time (a monumental accomplishment for overly protective mutt!) We'll definitely be visiting her again and again, and Abba comes strongly recommended from all five of us!

  I am extremely happy with my experience with Abba. My dog is older and does not get very much exposure to other dogs. He is also very much a creature of habit and enjoys his routine at home where he is the only dog. Abba sent me updates to show me how he was doing during his visit and he seemed very relaxed and at ease with his surroundings. He can also get somewhat anxious when he is in unfamiliar territory so it was a relief to see how well he was adjusting to her home. Abba has a great set up for the dogs she cares for. She also has a very warm and calming presence and I think this carries over to her interaction with visiting dogs. I would not hesitate to use Abba again. This was my first experience with Dog Vacay and Abba. Abba exceeded my all expectations!

  I felt very comfortable leaving our little yorkie with Abba. She updated me everyday, sending me pictures and texts. She went above and beyond to make me feel like this was a good fit for our precious little dog. I will definitely be using her services again in then near future.

  Abba was AMAZING with Roxy! She felt right at home and made lots of friends. And She seemed exteremly happy and healthy while in the care of Abba. :) I recieved updates while I was away and I was extremely confident that Roxy was in good hands. This was definately the right decision to leave Roxy in her home. I look forward to using her in the future and I am already recommending her to everyone I know!

  Jessie is from a shelter/rescue so we just couldn't bear to put her in a cage at a vet or boarding facility. When doing research I found Abba. She was very accommodating, and we could tell Jessie had a much better experience than if she were boarded. Abba sent pictures and video to show her progress which was very helpful for our peace of mind.

  As some people do, we treat our dogs like children and were very concerned about boarding them at a commercial establishment where it appeared for the most part, they would be held in a pen. We discovered DogVacay and Abba in our area. We went for a meet and greet and the dogs appeared comfortable with her and her other pets. To get them familiar, we did 2 day stays and 2 overnight stays before our week vacation out of country. As they went by and the dogs began to recognize the smells on the way to Abba's, they would become excited knowing where they were going. Abba appeared to truly care for the dogs and they took a liking to her. By the time of our vacation, we had no reservations at all about Abba taking care of them. She did an excellent job of catering to what they were used to at home (e.g. feeding times, food, etc...), and gave tips to make their time more comfortable and fun. Abba seems to really care about animals and it made us very comfortable to leave the dogs with her which we had never done before. We trust Abba completely with the dogs and are planning on using her again in the future for other trips. If you are in the Ellis County area, I recommend you do a meet and greet with Abba.

  I cannot tell you how wonderful Abba and her family were to my girls. She was willing to take my 1 year old IGGY and her 5 month old sister (who can be a hand full!). I got daily updates with pictures. My dogs were happy and clearly very well cared for. I'm fairly sure they were slightly bummed to be back home today. ;-)

  We were so pleased with our pets' visit with Abba over Thanksgiving! We came for an initial meet-and-greet and the girls were hesitant but eventually excited to have other dogs to play with. During their four day visit with Abba, we never once worried about their well-being: she sent us multiple photos and messages about their progress. Most of all, we are grateful for her honesty about our dogs visit. Our oldest (and most protective) dog, had an awkward adjustment period during her stay. Abba was very forward yet encouraging. We highly recommend you schedule a visit with Abba to experience her passion for occupation for yourself!

  Abba was just amazing with our Bella. I've kenneled Bella before but we did not like our dog being in a metal cage most of the day until we found Abba...She was just awesome from the first day we met!! She sent me a text message each day we were gone with either a picture or just a message saying how Bella was doing each day..it also helped Bella being around Abba's dogs too..more socializing for Bella!! We will definitely use her again and we recommend her to everyone!! Again...Thanks Abba!!

  Our bulldog, Pancho, had an amazing 2 weeks with Abba and her family while we were on vacation overseas. We never had to worry for a second because Abba sent us emails, photos, and videos of our fur baby throughout the entire trip! She treated him like he was a part of her family and for that we are forever grateful. Pancho even moped around for a few days when we came home...we think it was because he missed his other playmates... We would highly recommend Abba for any dogs in need of a great vacation:)

  Tosca loves staying with Abba and having fur-buddies to play with. I love having a safe and happy place to leave Tosca. Abba's the best!

  Abba was amazing! I have an escape artist and she was safe and happy the whole time. Our other pup became extremely attached to Abba and you could tell during the good bye that Bailey was excited to see us but didn't want to leave. My girls love to swim and they were free to do so in the family pool and had a bunch of other pups to socialize with and play with. When we go on our honeymoon there is no doubt they will be taken care of there! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! :)

  Abba was really easy to work with and Finn really loved the experience. When we picked him up, he wasn't quite ready to leave; definitely a good sign. And, wow, he really does love those treats. :-) Thanks for taking such good care of him!

  FINALLY! I can travel or just work late and not worry about Tosca. Abba is awesome; she's a dog whisperer or at the very least has magic powers. This will be a weekly day out for Tosca, and her home-away-from-home when we go on trips (she is not a good traveler!)

  Abba is wonderful. This was our first time with dog vacant and I could not be any happier. We instantly felt comfortable with leaving our dog Lucy with her. Lucy enjoyed her stay with Abba and as her mom that makes me proud. No words cans truly describe how grateful to find Abba who truly has a passion and desire for dogs.

  Once again, we had such a great experience leaving our dog, Kodi, with Abba. She is so caring and thoughtful. Kodi enjoyed her time and we did not have to worry at all, since we knew that she was in such good hands. Kodi was excited to see us, but was a bit sad to leave Abba!

  This was our first time using Petvacay.com and Abba so we didn't know what to expect, but if we ever need to board again, our first preference will be Abba. Our dog was recently diagnosed with cancer right before our vacation so we were concerned about leaving her. Abba's experience caring for rescued dogs put our minds at ease. She has a great way with dogs and is easy to work with. Our Boxer was much happier getting to spend time with other dogs instead of locked in a cage. I would highly recommend Abba.

  Our dog's stay with Abba's was a great success. We were concerned to leave him for two weeks and, as it turns out, he also thought that was too long. He got a bit more standoff-ish the second week but Abba was great and let him do his own thing. She approached him on his own terms when it was time to come in at the end of the day. It certainly sounded like he became pretty difficult by the end of his stay but Abba still talked about it as though it was easy.

  Abba was fantastic! She faithfully corresponded with pictures and updates. Madilyn experienced little change from her normal routine. When Madilyn would not eat her food, Abba figured out a new way to get her to eat. The pictures were professional quality and experience wonderful. Madilyn already misses her Aunt Abba and new friends.

  We had a great experience leaving our dog, Kodi, with Abba for two weeks while on vacation overseas. She was caring and attentive to Kodi's needs and made her feel like part of her family. She even emailed us photos and little updates on how Kodi was doing. She truly cares about dogs and it shows. I feel that Kodi has found a second home with Abba. In the future if we go away again, I will definitely leave Kodi with her. There is no one more suitable to care for our beloved Kodi than Abba!

  Abba's care for my dog, Banjo, was beyond what I expected. She sent pictures everyday and left messages on how he was doing. I knew he was in good hands and was able to enjoy my vacay without any worries.

  Let me just say Abba's dog nest was an answer to Dixie Belles prayers!. I loved our daily updates and videos!
