About Me

I grew up with dogs and my puppy Lucy is my second French bulldog. Since I recently moved here for work (and temporarily away from my fiance)--she is definitely my best friend and more than a little spoiled. I just went away for 10 days and was lucky enough to have Lucy's breeder care for her--but know how hard it is to leave our babies! Couldn't imagine worrying about her at a kennel while I was gone, and would be happy to provide the same peace of mind to other dog owners during their vacations. Not to mention Lucy would love having a playmate for a few days--especially another Frenchie, Bulldog, or Pug! (But Lucy loves ALL playful friendly dogs.)

I live in a studio apartment (so large dogs, or dogs that bark a lot or need to race around in a yard are not a good fit), but my neighborhood is very dog friendly--lots of parks and fields and other dogs. I give Lucy lots of playtime and walks (an hour in the morning and evening) and, since I work across the street, a mid-day walk. And the more the merrier! If interested in an overnight stay, I would love to chat and possibly meet briefly so we could introduce Lucy and your baby to see if it's a good fit. (Oh yes, a few requirements: spayed/neutered unless too young, up-to-date on shots/heartworm, and flea/tick protection) Thanks so much!
