  Thien-Y made us feel so comfortable right from the start at our Meet and Greet. I loved getting pictures of our dog Mylo throughout the weekend. I know he enjoyed his walk along the trail and at the dog park. He was so calm and relaxed when we got home, that I knew he had a great time. Thank you, Thien-Y, for taking such great care of Mylo!

  Thien was very sweet and flexible with my VERY last minute reservation. My Laila quickly forgot who I was and was knocked out the entire afternoon after her stay. She must have had a lot of fun!

  I can't say enough good things about booking with Thien-Y. My apartment was having issues and I needed to find somewhere to stay the hot summer night as well as for my dog, Luigi meanwhile they fixed the issue. I booked online with Thien-Y and she responded quickly (same-day) and messaged me to let me know that she would take good care of Luigi. We scheduled a time that worked for both of us to drop off and pick up Luigi. Thien-Y is super-friendly and eager to be helpful, a great resource/place for people new to Dogvacay. She is in a great location near Auditorium Shores where dogs can run around without a leash and have some fun. Overall an excellent experience!

  Where do I even start - well first of all Thien-Y was my first experience with DogVacay, and from start to finish she was an absolute dream to work with. She was very responsive and accommodating to any question/concern/ or request I might have had. I was in a hurry to get things together for a last minute trip, and the one thing I did not have to stress or worry about was my pets accommodations. Thien-Y was understanding of my situation and she made sure that Luigi was well taken care of. This place really is the epitome of what DogVacay is about - great people helping pet owners find someone the pet will will enjoy on their vacay without them having to stay in just kennels. Her condo was just as described, in a great location - and just the right size for Luigi! I highly recommend Thien-Y's services.
