  This was the first time we used DogVacay and really lucked out in finding Xuan from the start. She was incredibly responsive & helpful and gave our dog the best care we could have asked for while we were away. Since our trip lasted a full week, we were a little reluctant on boarding him at the kennel we've used in the past for shorter trips and daycare. We set up a meet & greet with Xuan and immediately knew she was very responsible and really would give our Dexter plenty of attention and fun - probably more than he is used to at home. She provided nearly 24-hour supervision including long walks in the neighborhood and around the lake. She even bathed our dog after he played at the beach. She sent us updates with photos during our trip which allowed us to relax even more knowing our dog was in great hands. Our dog has alot of energy (2-yr old Puggle), so hopefully Xuan enjoyed looking after our dog for the extended stay. I know he had a blast with her. We would definitely use Xuan in the future.

  Xuan was AWESOME! We were very happy that our dog, Mel, was very well taken care of. When she came home, she was very tired, so she must have gotten lots of exercise and love. Xuan sent some very cute pictures of Mel during her stay, and was super-responsive.

  Xuan is very personable and genuine. When Chloe and I first met her it was a very positive experience. She asked questions about Chloe's "habits" and our conversation left me feeling confident that my dog would be well taken care of. Additionally, she let me know what she had planned while Chloe would be with her and asked if I would mind Chloe going to the beach.While I was away, I truly appreciated her updates, via text, on how/what Chloe was doing. In addition to the texts she sent pictures. Overall, I was quite pleased with the care and attention Chloe received. I wouldn't have a problem with her keeping Chloe again.

  She was awesome! She was very professional and really tired Max out, he fell asleep the second he hit the car home! It was super cool that she took him on a super long walk to the lake which he loves! Definitely leaving her with Max again it seemed he had a great time!
