  When I asked Amy to extend Venus's stay by an additional day at the last minute due to a work "emergency", she very graciously responded immediately and positively. When I went to pick Venus up, she was curled in her bed looking very comfortable and content. She was in no rush to leave.

  Amy took care of our older dog during a last minute out of town trip. She knew I was nervous that my older dog might get tired of her playful 6 month puppy. She kept them separate initially then gradually introduced them and made sure they had time alone if it got to be too intense for our dog. She gave me frequent updates on how things were going and had no difficulty administering oral medications to my dog who can be finicky about them. I came home and was pleased to find that Venus was enjoying her walks and not too sore or tired out from excessive play as she has been when left at a kennel.
