About Me
Mother and brother all work within our home composing music and painting.This is an environment where classical music is usually playing,I am animating on my computer and the house is warm, safe and conducive to naps. Nearby,we have the river and a long leisurely area to walk. This is the west village where every other neighbor seems to own a dog or two. We have always had dogs as family members. I also have done dog portraits that can be seen on my website.And...check out the portfolio of images to the right. Look closely and you just might find your dog as part of a film project. So that your dog vacation goes smoothly and happily, we ask that there is full disclosure ahead of time regarding any behavior or health issues with your dog.Our focus is on providing a safe and leisurely environment that requires very minimal to no training and maximum love. We will only host dogs that are fully housebroken,even tempered and looking to find comfort,routine and a predictable schedule in our clean and orderly home. As our family is made up of mature adults and one elderly we are best at offering our home to just the right match.

Leaving Oliver with Susannah was the best decision- He came back a happy dog! During our trip she also sent photos to show us how Oliver was doing. She is now out go-to when we have to be out of town. Highly recommend!

We asked Susannah to look after our dog Lucas for 4 days. Lucas is 5-months old and still learning many things. Susannah was so thorough in making sure that Lucas was comfortable with her and her home. She kept us updated every day with email and photos. When we picked him up we could tell he had been and was happy: he had his ears up, his eyes sparkling, and was in no rush to leave her home (as opposed to when we had left him for some hours at a day care center). My wife and I went on our honeymoon, and had never left our boxer with anyone. We could not have, in our wildest dreams, had a more thoughtful, loving, and responsible caretaker. Our boxer was showered with love and attention, and she was provided all the creature comforts available. She was never left alone, and enjoyed frequent forays into the neighborhood. She came back as healthy and happy as I've ever seen her. We consistently received updates and photos from Susannah, and we always felt like she was maximally responsive to anything we needed.
